CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
GENERAL
1. By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
3. The shipping cost of the product is borne by the buyers.
4. Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer within a maximum legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers may terminate the contract.
5. If the delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer within 3 days from the date the situation is learned and must refund the total amount to the buyer within 14 days.
6. If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product is terminated.
7. If, after delivery, it is determined that the buyer’s credit card was fraudulently used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost covered by the seller.
8. If unforeseen force majeure events occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation is reported to the buyer. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the product amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the date of cancellation.
9. The buyer must inspect the goods/service subject to the contract before receiving them and shall not accept damaged or defective goods such as torn, stained, etc. After receiving the goods/service, the buyer is responsible for protecting them. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
10. The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to the buyer or the designated person/organization, by notifying the seller through the contact details below.

RETURN CONDITIONS
The product to be returned must have its original tag attached and its hygiene seals intact. It must be sent back in its transparent protective bag and original packaging/box in the condition in which it was received.
If you think that the package has been damaged during shipment, open and inspect it in the presence of the delivery personnel before accepting it.
*** DAMAGED PRODUCTS WITHOUT A DAMAGE REPORT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
The product must be returned with its invoice. Products that have lost their resalable condition and cannot be sold to another customer will not be accepted for return and will not be refunded.
The refund for approved returns will be processed as soon as possible.
